Loud Kids
So today I am walking through the grocery store with Meg. We head down an aisle with no one there. I had a little toot and I let it out. Okay--we all do it, don't deny it. Of course Meg in her super loud 3 year old voice says " Mom, you FARTED!" Of course I say "no I didn't" and she says again super loud "Yes you did mom". Needless to say I was a little embarassed to walk out of that aisle, but whatever--farts happen.

HAHA! Kristen I have NEVER done that before. :) It won't be long before Whitney will be calling me out in the grocery store...yikes!
Thats how you know your kids are growing up- when they are able to point out that you did it, instead of you being able to blame it on them.
I was laughing so hard my eyes were watering. Farts happen - I wondering if we can get that printed on some tshirts. When Taylor was very little he made up the word "FWAP" to describe a fart. That is the word we use in our house now, but I think toot is funny too.
Oh, Meg! She makes me laugh. And when Mike or I fart, Ethan points it out too. Luckily, not at the store, so far.
Kids in the store are so much fun and embarrassing occasionally.
You know, Janae can give you pointers on the best way to threaten kids so that they never call you out for any flatulence...And I knew it wasn't true when they told me growing up that girls didn't fart! Then again, I grew up with you, so I already knew that little factoid OH SO WELL!
Oh geez, I actually laughed out loud!! But I wouldnt know how that feels, I am a lady! YA RIGHT!!
