Snow, Soccer and Sillies

I had a request from my Sis-in-law to please post a new post so she doens't have to see India man anymore. So here goes.
I woke up yesterday morning to this...

5 inches of snow. Have I mentioned how sick of the snow we are? Mattison asked when Spring is in Utah. Umm, this is a Utah Spring.

Isabel started soccer. Of course it has been FREEZING at the games. The first game the other team didn't show up. The second game Isabel came to the sidelines complaining that her team "was weak". I guess she didn't like the fact that they were losing.
She hates me taking pictures of her. So I took several that looked like the one above, but did manage to get one of her on the field without her noticing.

And of course Meg is still being silly with Ethan.

Meg is into this new thing that anytime she uses the bathroom, or really other random times, she needs to change her underwear. We are talking like 10 times a day. Yesterday her dress got wet too so she decided to strip down and Ethan decided that looked fun. So here they are...undies only.

New Job

Today I started a new job. I was needing to get some hours in a classroom to work towards getting my teaching certificate back. I was going to start substituting but they were not accepting any applications. So I got a little job being a teachers aide in special ed. So far it's pretty fun. It's nice to be able to walk out of the classroom and not have to worry about paperwork and lesson plans for tomorrow. Thanks to my mom for watching Meg and the girls and also for missing out on going to Curves with her buddy. It's only until the end of the school year so I thought we would try the whole "working" thing out.

Private

Sorry to have to go private. I had been getting all kinds of comments from the Thomas family concerning my blog. Apparently Matt can live with his 21 year old girlfriend and it's all my fault and my blog has something to do with it too. So I'm private now and it's a NO THOMAS zone...except for my girls and me who has to still claim that name. (Really people I want to change that name so send my your single friends) If you know anyone who needs an invite let me know...as long as they aren't related to Matt I'm good to send them an invite.

Forgot about this one

Since I like my blog to be ALL ABOUT ME I thought I would put this picture in. That was a victorious day ladies!

Seemed like a good Idea

Last Sunday since the girls were looking so "co-ordinating" I tried to get some pictures. We didn't get one where they all looked at the camera at the same time.

Jump on It...Again

Meg got to choose something fun to do for her birthday. Originally she choose Chuck E. Cheese, but she has some persuasive older sisters and we ended up at Jump on It. Of course it was a fun time.

The pink blur...Mattison. The dark blue blur...Isabel.

Meggy boo and Ethan.

Birthday Fun

All Meg wanted for her birthday was a bike like Garrett's. Of course she wanted hers to be a Princess bike...no surprise there. So here she is riding the bike.

And here she is posing so pretty on her birthday. Here she is when she first unwrapped the bike.

For her birthday she got to bring cupcakes to preschool. She choose the ones that had Hannah Montana on it.

She also got to make a poster about herself to take to preschool. She was so proud of it. I am sure when it returns back to our house it will be hung on the bedroom door.

Walking home

I finally decided to let my kids walk home from school. Now I know to all you Utah people, this is not some big ordeal. But we moved from Vegas and you just didn't let your kids walk home from school alone. I mean, I realize that my mom made me walk to and from school through a field, with hills, through snow, rain and grasshopper attacks. I don't ever even remember getting rides (correct me if I am wrong Donovan and Karen. Bryan got rides, he's the youngest). So yesterday I was so happy that my kids made it home safely. It is the beginning of a whole new world.

Now I am sure this next topic will be the talk of many a blog. But really, what the heck is with the Bachelor? Come on, be a man and stick with your decision. I am just glad that Melissa was like "Don't call me, don't text me" and walked out of there like who even gives a dang. Not to mention what she called him on national TV. Let it out Melissa! And really, Molly...have some self worth. Lose the loser. You will be so much better off in the long run. Trust me, I know.
