I couldn't take it!
Okay, I caved. I couldn't take the heat in the house. It reached 86 degrees in my house yesterday and I tried to stay strong, but I couldn't take it anymore. That's why we are on level pay with the power company right?
We also had to do a little of this yesterday in the backyard to keep the kids cool. Ahhh, Spring in Vegas!

Okay, so maybe Vegas is nice in the spring. We are all jealous that it is so warm there now. But wait until it gets really hot, then we can gloat.

We spent most of the day outside yesterday too! It was much cooler out there than it was in our house!
Oh I can't wait until swimming pool and popsicle season!! It gets pretty unbearable in the summer here too. I'm not looking forward to our power bill in a few months!

Are you just rubbing it in that while we are sitting here freezing, watching snowflakes now and again that you are enjoying warm weather in your back yard. Wish we were there!

We turned on the air for a bit the other day too! It is ridiculous how much our NV Power bill is and we are on the average pay thing too!
That looks like so much fun. I was so close to turning on the AC Monday afternoon. Today, I am wrapped in a blanket. It's colder and windy. Our shed blew over!
ARE YOU JOKING ME? We are still in pants, and if I put the boys in a t-shirt, they HAVE to wear a jacket. I'm jealous now, but I bet you'll be jealous in August!
I would DIE to have your weather just for a week or so! Luckily we are hitting 70 or close to this week! I really miss the heat! Im sure mid summer I will be happy to have it a little cooler and nights that cool down~ I hated that part of Vegas weather!!!
All these people won't be jealous in 3 months when it's 110! Thanks for hosting that it was fun!
